Group of people part of the Centre for Constitutional Gouvernance (CCG), ReCIPE's partner in Uganda

Partnering with Oxfam in the ReCIPE project will empower CCG to do various things:

  • They will advocate for policies that promote secure digital infrastructure and equal access to digital technologies.
  • They will call for safe digital practices and the enforcement of strong data protection regulations.
  • They will promote online skills and provide training so people can use digital technologies safely and effectively.

“We are proud of the ReCIPE project in our country because of its key pillars of enabling access, raising voices, promoting dialogues, and strengthening the civic society's role in digital development, as well as promoting synergies and global linkages.”

Dr Sarah Bireete
Executive Director - Centre for Constitutional Governance (CCG).
